We buy direct from the many different manufacturers and distributors.
When you place your order with us we verify the current availability of the items on the order.
Availability is around 95% of the items on the site.
We carry in stock abour 30% of what is shown on the website. The
remaining will be shipped to us from our suppliers within 3-5 days.
If the items are not in stock, then they are ordered and shipped to us for redistribution to you.
This process takes about 4-5 days.
We will then send you a tracking number or shipping status email for your order.

with the item(s) received please return ship the item(s) back to us at

We will require the item(s) with all the packing materials that originally came with the item(s).
Please include a copy of your packing slip for identification
If you are returning it for defective reasons or the condition is unsatisfactory to your liking please identify that for us.
Once received we will credit your

including the original or return shipping.
If the item(s) you receive are defective in any way you may return them to us for a direct replacement.

Out of stock item(s) Policy
The item(s) currently out of stock will be removed from your order automatically.
We won't notify you unless it is more
than half the dollar amount of the order, or it is a item(s) that is
required to make the other item(s) function.
For example a knife and sheath and the knife is out of stock.
Out of stock Back order policy
If you would like to have out of stock
item(s) put on back order please identify that to us in the comment
section of the order form.
The item(s) will be removed from your current order and shipping will be adjusted according to the remaining weight.
The Back orders will be placed in a new order and be put on hold until you approve the back order separately.
Once approved ClarkKnives.com will place the item on back order at your request.
ClarkKnives.com will not authorize the funds on your credit card until the item ships.
ClarkKnives.com will charge your credit card when the item is ready to ship.
If you determine after a long wait you
no longer want the item(s) you can request the cancellation of the back
order.
This will take one day for us to verify.
We will notify you once the order has been cancelled.
